Earnings Structure:
Upon the completion of the contract, you are entitled to a total referral commission of up to $5,000, including the initial $1,000 paid at contract signing, with the remainder calculated at a 3% commission rate on the contract’s total value.
Example Scenarios:
For a contract worth $100,000, you receive an initial $1,000 upon signing. Once the project concludes, you’re entitled to an additional $2,000 (3% of $100,000), totaling a referral bonus of $3,000.
For a contract valued at $150,000, the initial payout is $1,000. Post-completion, the additional commission is $3,500 (3% of $150,000), bringing your total referral incentive to $4,500.
